By accessing or using ToonCustoms ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

ToonCustoms provides an AI-powered platform that converts user-uploaded photographs into cartoon-style images ("Cartoon Portraits"). Users may download digital files, order printed merchandise, or both. The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant ToonCustoms a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating and displaying your Cartoon Portrait).

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content;
• Your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights;
• Your User Content does not contain nudity, hateful material, or content that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse or remove any User Content that violates these terms.

Cartoon Portraits are generated by artificial intelligence models. While we strive for high-quality results, we cannot guarantee that every output will be perfect or match your expectations. AI-generated results may vary based on input photo quality, lighting, angle, and other factors. ToonCustoms is not affiliated with The Simpsons, Pixar, or any other television show, film studio, or franchise. Any resemblance is purely coincidental and a result of the AI model's training data.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Prices are listed in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Digital Downloads

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all purchases of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the order has been marked as paid. If you encounter technical issues with your download, contact us at orders@tooncustoms.com and we will work to resolve the issue.

Printed Merchandise

Printed items (canvas, mugs, etc.) are custom-made on demand. Please review your Cartoon Portrait carefully before ordering a physical product. Refunds or exchanges for printed items are handled on a case-by-case basis. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

Physical merchandise is produced and shipped by Printful, our print-on-demand partner. Production typically takes 2–7 business days. Shipping times vary by destination:

• United States: typically 4–12 business days after production
• International: typically 5–20 business days after production

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues. Tracking information is provided once available.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToonCustoms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

The ToonCustoms name, logo, website design, and AI models are proprietary. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. The Cartoon Portraits generated by the Service are for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
